Thank you for making yourself vulnerable in this space and sharing this experience. As an anesthesia provider hearing these stories serves as a reminder to continually see my patients as someone’s partner, sister, mother, father. I hope you recover well friend and that I appreciate you so much and glad you are still here.
Thank you! I’ve heard from a few healthcare providers that reading this was valuable. It means so much to me to hear that, so thank you again for reading. Sending big love to you and your family. ♥️
Ugh I’m in tears reading this Cayly - I am so sorry you had to go through this. I can’t imagine how difficult it has been to navigate this. I know the internal struggle between “to share or not to share”, especially in the midst of grief and pain…but I’m glad that you did. It’s helpful to witness each other navigate through the challenging parts of life. Even though I’ve never gone through anything similar, it makes me feel less alone reading your words and I deeply admire your outlook and your grounded, emotional stamina. Sending you an enormous amount of love ♥️
Thank you so much for reading and for these kind words. I’ve been watching your new project from afar and deeply admire your bravery, can’t wait to see what you’re building. Thank you again. I think being witnessed in our hardest moments can be so important for healing. ♥️
Love you friend and I appreciated you sharing every intimate detail of this harrowing ordeal. Glad you listened to your sister and had a doctor that listened to you. Hope your road to healing is not winding and as short as it can be. Xo
So glad you’re ok 🤍 thanks for writing about it. I think the more people share these kinds of experiences the more we understand how to support each other through it. Especially hard having to cancel clients, even one day is difficult.
